Terms & Conditions:

1. To be eligible for this ‘Birthday Privilege’, identification card, passport or other official identification document will need to be present for verification purposes at Trick Eye Museum’s on-site ticketing booth.
2. Trick Eye Museum Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to deny eligibility to all who fail to present any form of verifiable identification document.
3. This ‘Birthday Privilege’ is open to all visitors of Trick Eye Museum with no restriction on nationality. Local and foreign visitors are all welcome.
4. This ‘Birthday Privilege’ ends on 31 December 2016.
5. There are no cash alternatives: the prize must be accepted as offered, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged.
6. Ticket redeemed for this ‘Birthday Privilege’ can only be used on the day of redemption which is the recipient’s actual birthday.
7. No extension of validity for tickets redeemed under this ‘Birthday Privilege’ will be entertained.
8. Trick Eye Museum Pte. Ltd. strictly prohibits the resale of tickets including all tickets redeemed under this ‘Birthday Privilege’. All who are suspected to have committed the offence of ticket touting will be handed to the police.
9. Trick Eye Museum Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold and to deny any such Ticket Holder entry.
10. The decision of Trick Eye Museum Pte. Ltd. on all matters relating to ‘Birthday Privilege’ is final and no correspondence will be entertained. This includes every situation including any not covered in these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants in this ‘Birthday Privilege’, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding Trick Eye Museum’s decision on the same.
11. Trick Eye Museum Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
